The existing function group in powerbi do not exist for ssas tabular connection.
Description : Click on graph or data visual or field and create new group for SSAS tabular connection.
This great functionnality must be exist for SSAS tabular connection thank you

If you look closely you can actually pinpoint the exact moment his heart breaks in two. It's right now! When I realize that I will have to micro-manage grouping, dimensions and other functions for my users when they should be able to do it themselves.

Absolutely needed. We are having to add groupings to SSAS to serve one users request for bespoke grouping in one report.

I would like to see grouping function in Power BI with SAS tabular connection. I'm guessing this can be done in the SSAS model but that negates the notion of self service analytics

Functionality is needed to 'Create a new group to combine multiple values into one'. For example in creating 11 groups - The top 10 brands in revenue and one combined group named 'Other'.
