Provide refesh metrics

It would be nice if it were easier to obtain dataset and dataflow refresh metrics. e.g. when did the refresh occur and more importantly what was the duration? How are the refreshes trending? This would be very helpful when troubleshooting or evaluating performance. It could be built into the service like the usage metrics, or if there were simply an easier way to copy the refresh times out of refresh history or a simple way to export the refresh times. (As it stands now, for datasets you have to copy from the refresh dialog. And for dataflows you have to export each refresh record individually.)
