It would be extremely useful if we could see what Datasets are utilizing each Dataflows, possibly per Entity, but even just by Dataflow would be a great start.
The best place would likely be branching off within the already previewed Diagram showing data sources to each Dataflow. Just continue from there into what Dataset names are using those Dataflows.

I am looking for the same, and I am hoping the Azure Purview will be the answer to this.
