Ability to have either Text tooltip or Field-based tooltip to appear on hover on a Dashboard Tile.

In the corporate sphere, we were told not to share actual reports, that everyone should be looking at dashboards and sharing those around.
So most of our features don't work when put on a dashboard. What's the point.

I created a Bing map using a custom Tooltip. In my Desktop environment, the tooltip works perfectly. However, when the report is published to the my Organizations app, the custom tooltip appears with BLANK values as I change slicer values.
This really needs to be addressed as I cannot replicate this issue in the development environment. Please fix this ASAP!

This must be part of scope while we have custom tool tip in report where as CXO team only look for overall dash board not into details.

Tooltips would be especially appropriate for images, text boxes, video or web content tiles. The actions for these are far less predictable than clicking-through to a pinned visualization. Many of my clients want to have multiple linked dashboards (whether sensible or not) and then they want to take advantage of the extra real estate.

I would like to see tooltip which is useful for the management team who always does not want to click to see the Pinned Dashboard and swap the screen.

would be helpful, as my management IS using the dashboard, but does NOT see the tooltip in the pinned visual, which is well known / appreciated in the respective report...
