RE: Option to change the Fill color of a selected item of a slicer in Power BI
If I want to use a slicer but not show all fields that are available to be sliced the user can easily have the slicer actively filtering but not know. Visual indication that a slicer is actively applying a filter would be very useful.

It would be useful for a slicer to be highlighted in some way once you have selected an option. This would be especially useful when you have more than one slicer on a report and you can easily identify where a filter has been applied.

If one or multiple values have been selected in a slicer this should be displayed by changing the color of the text.
"All" should be in black.
"SelectedValue" should be in a different color.
For reports featuring multiple slicers this makes it much easier for the user to determine which filters have been toggled.

With multiple slicers on a report page it is currently not possible to quickly see which slicers have a value selected.
It would be great to have the ability to change the color of the slicer background or the background color of the slicer items. (Default state, Selected state)
This would help the consumer of the report to very quickly see which filters have been applied and which still can be applied.

The more slicers that are added to a report (e.g in an array of slicers or a slicer menu) the harder it is for the user to have an overview regarding what slicers have selections made (i.e. that are filtered/not filtered).
I suggest that conditional formatting is added to the Slicer Visual in order to make it possible to change the Slicer header, Items, Title, Background and Border (and why not shadow, while we are at it, that could enable a cool effect) of the slicer visual based on the filtered/not filtered status.

This could be achieved with the same kind of formatting now available for buttons under Style where I can set the State to default/hover... etc. Could there be a state of 'selected' for slicers?

Changing the fill color of the selected slicer filter is really useful for reports that have a dark background.
