The maximum number of rows that can be exported to .xlsx when in the Power BI service is 150,000 for Pro users and 30,000 for Free users. Since we just migrated workspace to Premium, our ex-Pro-license report consumer user, which no longer need Pro license, now lose this limit privilege from 150k back down to 30k. At least, for Premium workspace, the limit should be at a minimum of 150K (or even higher)

There is also a PowerBI idea for this increase https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=47820719-f315-48b1-b708-146c2d0e4db8&page=1

I can't believe the PowerBi team still hasn't figured out how to enable export of more than 150K.

RE: Export to Excel row limit increase for workspace on Premium

This limitation was not reported to us prior to us moving over to Premium. For many of our users, this NEW limitation will impact their day to day operational activity. This limitation should be lifted as it is in conflict with the benefits of moving to Premium which is full control of our own workspaces/content utilization.
