    Data refresh "Refresh Now" for viewer & app user

    It would be great if workspace administrators in Power BI could authorize viewer & app users to refresh the data set. This would allow authorized users to refresh the data if necessary.

    It will strain the resources of the Premium capacity because any viewer can refresh the dataset.
