All pending permissions for the Power BI app can be accessed by clicking updating the app button, selecting Permissions tab, and then expanding "Pending requests" sub menu.
Workgroup Dashboards, Workbooks, Datasets, and Shared views permissions are all aggregated together in Pending Access Requests. I recommend to move App permissions management to this unified view for the workspace. There is little if no reason to have permissions management for the app to be located under update app screen.

RE: Pending access requests to Power BI App List relocation
Also piggybacking to say that a simple option to export a spreadsheet of requestors and permissions would be a welcome start.
RE: Pending access requests to Power BI App List relocation
At the very least when a user requests access to a PowerBI report, add the email (user principal name) of the requestor anywhere in the notification email that comes from to report contact. This way we can use Power Automate to parse the user data and manage those requests programmatically. Would be great if we could Approve or Deny the request via an API call. Thank you!
RE: Pending access requests to Power BI App List relocation
We have had requests from customers about including this in our monitoring solution and have had to turn them down because it does not exist in the API.
RE: Pending access requests to Power BI App List relocation
I wanted to piggyback on this as I think our request is related...We need access to programmatically retrieve Power BI Application Requests. Because we use pipelines we have no way to associate an e-mail address to these requests. Ideally we would be able to retrieve this information via API.
