It would be useful to have the option of a custom splash screen, when a user accesses a dashboard (user must click through the screen before seeing the dashboard). This would enable unique messages to the users such as:
- legal disclaimers
- dashboard owner/contact information
- acknowledgement of data policy
- documentation

I needed this recently when we had a data outage but no errors in the reports and needed to put a system-wide warning message about stale data.
