The ability to circle (lasso) an area on a chart, pivot, map, etc. to filter/drill down on data. The filter should functionally filter all charts on the current dashboard page.

I'm not sure this exactly suits your needs but the SandDance custom visual offers a similar functionality. Each data point is represented as a 'grain of sand' on the chart and you can see the associated attributes of selected 'grains'. Visuals which are overlayed are perfectly working in desktop view, but we cannot overlay visuals in phone layout. Please include this feature so that user doesn't loose any visual functionality even if he switched from desktop to phone.

Tapping a filter on a pinned live page on mobile drills into the report instead of letting the user interact at the dashboard level. The behavior of a pinned live page should be the same between all devices. https://bestprice.be/
