Cannot select Enterprise Gateway in gateway connection

We have a report with 2 data sources: Salesforce, MySQL.
We installed enterprise gateway, and added MySQL database as data source to enterprise gateway successfully. However we cannot select the gateway in the gateway connection (schedule refresh).
I did a testing report with only MySQL DB as data source, and I was able to select enterprise gateway in gateway connecton. I guess the problem might be Salesforce is connected directly without gateway while MySQL database needs a gateway. Could you please help me on this? We do need 2 data sources.
Thanks.

I have this issue too!
On-premise gateway, 2 sources: to Dynamics CRM online and a local DB and I can't select my on premise gateway. Both connections are updating properly in Power BI service individually.

I think there was a change at some point where users need to be added to data source in order to use the Enterprise gateway. I had a similar problem with an Oracle DB and adding the user to the data source solved it.

Cannot refresh a dashboard that has an on-premise sql server and Azure SQL as its two data sources. Individually each data connection works for refresh but when combined on the one report the gateway refresh option is no longer available.

I have the same issue where the gateway option is greyed out when trying to setup the scheduled refresh on a MySQL connection.

Please make sure both data sources (the one you set up on your PBI desktop and the one as your data source in PBI service) are defined (named) exactly the same. If they are NOT the selection for enterprise gateway becomes disabled. I had your same issue but was using a shared drive as my source.

I have the exact same issue: on-premise gateway, 2 sources: to Dynamics CRM online and a local DWH and I can't select my on premise gateway.
