Both "Admin/ActivityEvents" and "Pipelines/{PipelineId}/Operations" show pipeline deployment history.
In the case of Activity Events, deployments are returned as the activity type "DeployAlmPipeline", but are missing the "note" field showing deployment comments that Operations has.
It would be useful to include in the Admin API, to reach reach parity with the pipeline-level API call.
That would make it accessible for a read-only-admin service account.
