The CloudBlue PSA connector is used to retrieve data from the API (CloudBlue PSA), and retrieves all pages of data. This is useful if you have more than 10,000 rows of data as the API is set up to retrieve a maximum of 10,000 rows per page resulting in end users having to manually pull the next pages to retrieve all rows.
To use the CloudBlue PSA connector, you must have the Power BI Desktop installed on your computer.

Hello, It would be great to have this enhancement to help for not missing data when records reach 10K. Besides, it would help for the optimization of Power BI files, avoiding to have to duplicate tables when some they reach 10K records. Any help with this would be really appreciated. Thanks.

This is such a useful connector that will save us valuable time on daily tasks. At the moment the Gateway is limiting our schedules and hence our automated processes. We would like to see this approved asap.

Hi,
If this could be done, it would be great as I am having a difficult time with the limitations of the API. I normally pull Time entries which is about 90K and have to pull it 9 times and some time I miss data when it goes over the next 10K jump without me noticing. It becomes very cumbersome. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
