Need a way to show the currently applied report filter on the dashboard. Currently the applied report and page filters are hidden if you try to print out the report.

RE: Show Report Filters as a Visual

This is a very important feature for drill through. In an example we have a page that can be drilled through from 4 different paths. One or two of the fields are filtered, the other are all. We need to explain the context of the chart. The closest we can come to it is a list visual showing all drill through fields, but the (All) ones expand to hundreds of rows. We can get to this by hovering show filters, but we don't expect users to do that, and as stated above it needs to be printable or part of a PPT export. Most reporting tools can show filters in the report.

Needs some sort of trail so you know where you are at. You can't tell on the dashboard without looking around and the same is true in the data look, you have to go back to see where you came from.

RE: Show Report Filters as a Visual

Agreed! Not just for printing, but show on the screen what filters are applied. Like Qlikview does ;)
