Allow owners to view telemetry of users, be able to notify users of dashboard,. This will enable enterprise wide adoption.

The ability to email/ contact or notify all current users of a specific report / dashboard or app / or all current users as needed e.g. about a change to the report (so targeted at current specific report users or of a service issue for all current users) is a necessity. Continually frustrated that there is no straightforward way to communicate updates to targeted sets of users via the Power BI Service. This could be via an email, teams notification or even a notification embedded in the service/ app or report. Not fussy about the mode of the solution, just need the functionality to push notifications to specific users based on criteria (recency of use, report permissions etc)

Being able to see which users are viewing the reports and dashboards by week/month is a good idea.

Adding to this ask. In addition to emailing scenario we need to surface usage telemetry (total usage by week, unique users by week, etc) for the reports and dashboards. This for general exec reviews and making decisions based on data.

If I have a thousand users using my Dashboard. (Ex. A Sales dashboard built for the Field Sales team). Let us say I would like to email all my users notifying them of something (say an upcoming change). I would have to contact all these users manually under the current scenario. I would prefer to have an automated way of contacting all users.
