Can the 30/60/90 day aging of open incidents in Power BI of Service Now Incidents be expanded to pull in the related Problems and associated task too? If the Problems/Tasks can also be displayed as an aging visual, the UX for several organizations would be postive. Ideally, I would like a KPI visual on Incidents/Problems/Tasks from time created to resolved as a time series visual would be a significant value add to enterprise leadership .

Yes. It would be great if we can also add the Change management information as well.

I vote yes. This would make biweekly status reporting quicker. VMB
