For our corporate reporting purposes we need you to implement an option for choosing ”ALL” in a “Slicer” filter in Power BI.
Practical clarification: select all is possible within Page level filter, visual level filter but the issue is when we need to select all vouchers for a specific account and then also see all underlying accounts for several vouchers; then this is not working – because when I select “Select all” for the visual level filter and then take away the filter for instance for account X – all vouchers will be displayed, i.e. not only the ones where there is actually accounted on account X.
Our developers analysed the question in details and came to the following conclusion: we have checked to get workaround for this, also have checked with the Power BI expertise but unfortunately not able to find any workaround as currently there is no such functionality implemented in Power BI reporting. I.e. when you will do select all on the second slicer all the values will get selected irrespective of the filtered values. For that you will have to select each value manually only.
