If we have large number of tables in Lakehouse, it's very difficult to group the tables. if we able to create folder for tables in lakehouse that could be the better solution.

It would also be useful to have a visual distinction (e.g. subfolders) between External tables and managed tables.Like in SSMS where you have a subfolder for External Tables within the Tables directory of your database.This would save some time, because now you have to execute the DESCRIBE statement to have a look at the file path and find out if this table is external or managed...

Perhaps this, or just one layer like SQL Schema's, would be useful even just for bronze, silver, and gold separation.
