This idea is to allow Power BI to access Azure Storage and other Azure services which have network security enabled.
Azure Storage and other Azure services provide the ability to enable network security as a best practice.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/security-recommendations#networking
This setting limits what systems can access the storage account. To simplify access from common Microsoft components, there is an "Allow trusted Microsoft services to access this storage account" option.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-network-security?tabs=azure-portal#grant-access-to-trusted-azure-services
However, Power BI is not permitted to access the Azure resources when this setting is enabled.

Additionally, the IP's for Power BI are not published in a method than allows whitelisting.

Fulfillment of this idea will allow secure network configurations of Azure resources while still allowing for the Power BI Service to directly connect.
