Being able to intergrade Power BI dashboards and reports into a Power Point deck will allow Power BI leapfrog the competition as a solid differentiation play and also in terms of value to end users.

I'm happy to share that "Export to PowerPoint" is available as a Preview feature, now in powerbi.com. See the blog post here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/export-power-bi-report-to-powerpoint-preview/ Since this is still in preview, I've opened a community thread to capture your feedback. please use it, we will be monitoring it closely: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Export-to-PowerPoint-Preview-feedback/td-p/78945 Thanks for supporting this important feature, and for your patience!

RE: Power Point Integration
What about the ability to export dashboards to powerpoint?
RE: Power Point Integration
two and half week has past, still no update. It appears the BI team faces some hurdles which is understandable given the pressure of the monthly cycle. It's been almost two years since it was shared and accumulated 5.2K votes, I think we deserve better.
RE: Power Point Integration
And Yes we have, finally the preview version kicked in.
RE: Power Point Integration
The preview shows that slicers are exported then says that the graphics are static. We really need the slicers to be usable. What is the point of exporting them if they are not usable in Excel. The graphics also need to have a way of being updated when the data changes.
RE: Power Point Integration
Agreed with Fahd, still waiting for this function.
RE: Power Point Integration
I cannot open the URL above about preview.....
RE: Power Point Integration
a week has past, still no update. Static or not, just do it. We'll talk about phase 2 where you will make the content dynamic.
RE: Power Point Integration
What is the point of static charts? Might as well do a screen capture. Microsoft needs to move to the 21st century... and fast!
RE: Power Point Integration
Thanks for the update!. This release will be only in PowerBI.com or also in the Desktop version?
