    Creation of Dashboards in Power BI Desktop itself

    Now as I see there is no feature to create a dashboard in Power BI desktop. It is really important because user may not require to publish all the reports online most of the times. Reports are low level elements of dashboards, so if user creates Dashboard in Power BI desktop, he can publish only Dashboards rather all the reports and dashboards.

    If we have such feature, he can publish report or dashboard only or both

    This feature is needed to easily manage and update the powerBI dashboards. Also, if developers can update the source file then it would be easy for developers to create dashboards.

    Definitely need this option in Desktop version to stop people authorized to view and interact on the chart, tables, etc, from having access to all the design features, editors, etc. as they tend to mess up the whole thing. Reports are very nice but they have all the design features displayed and this is why it becomes messed up. Also it would be very nice to have the dashboard available for in-house use and not only on-line application if/when you don't need it.
