Simplify conditional formatting options for Less than and Greater than

The conditional formatting user interface is very confusing if you want to do a simple less than or greater than. e.g less than zero red flag, greater than zero green flag.

Please add a switch at the top to do a simple less than, equal to , greater than scenario
