Currently embedding or publishing to web opens up the permission for everyone for all content. Which is a huge issue for us. We want to share, but only within our team, or company.
If only we can embed a report and dashboard that still respect Power BI Licenses, and/or permissions, so that you can share report in other web application. Some of our users might never use Power BI, but want to view the dashboard from our Web Content Management System. This would be really helpful for us, and likely others users of Power BI.

RE: Embedding reports to web that requires authentication
This is very much needed. All users might not be familiar with Power Bi UI ( the side bars and frames ). So an option to publish Power Bi reports and dashboards without the surrounding Power Bi UI is much needed.
RE: Embedding reports to web that requires authentication
I thought on the web app that's used to render the reports, there's a spot to turn on authentication on the web app that you can embed in another application. So in our instance we embedded the reports in Salesforce using an Azure web app. As a setting of the Azure web app, you can either set the auth in the code or turn it on in portal.azure.com on the web app itself. Not sure if you are using it this way but that's how we controlled it. We set it to anonymous in portal, and do it in the code, but you can do it either way.
RE: Embedding reports to web that requires authentication
a solution would be to give the ability to define rules. Grant some user to see Embedded reports / Power BI Service access...

This would be amazing. Much needed.
