We have a group of people using Power BI reports, in which a Subscription is created by me is not visible by others. If we have an option to show the subscriptions like public or private in which public subscription can be visible for all the members who have access for those reports/part of subscription emails where as private subscription be visible only to the one who created.
This will help others to modify the Subscriptions when creator is not available
Administrator
Workspace Admins now have the ability to view, edit, and take over all subscriptions in the workspace which they are assign the Admin role. See the following doc for more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/power-bi/consumer/end-user-subscribe?tabs=admin#manage-subscriptions.

RE: subscription to be modified by multiple members
I'm about to go on vacation and my team might need to adjust subscriptions while I'm gone. It's insane that they can't. Please help MS
RE: subscription to be modified by multiple members
This needs adding and I cant believe its like 2 years on and this hasnt been addressed by MS yet. Visibility of Email subs by everyone is possible in SQL Server under the right permission grants, so why not make it easier to control in power bi?
RE: subscription to be modified by multiple members
According to documentation: "Only you can manage the subscriptions you create." I would say its not ok, cause workspace admin cant see what subscriptions are created. Subscription feature is very good, just under "settings ->subscriptions" part should be visible all active subscriptions on this workspace.
Correct me if Im wrong
RE: subscription to be modified by multiple members
We have several analyst workspaces that have subscriptions configured to send emails upon refresh. We would like for anyone with the admin role in the workspace to have the ability to manage all subscriptions, not just the ones that they created.
RE: subscription to be modified by multiple members
Must have a method for admins of workspaces to manage and maintain subscriptions created by other users. If a user leaves, there is no way to alter a subscription they created, such as add or remove individuals from a distribution list.
What happens when someone leaves and no one can alter subscriptions they created? We'll have some annoyed users if they no longer want a report showing up in their inbox.
