RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Just another example of appalling design decisions by Microsoft. That they can continue to ship products that can instantly delete your work (you clicked an error value in a column? hope you didn't need all those subsequent steps!), and rip off customers for the pleasure, just shows how bad the product team are at their jobs. Maybe don't make an IDE where you cannot save anything until all code is running perfectly? This needs to be made available in both Gen1 and Gen2 dataflows
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Definitely need an undo and redo
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Of course we need this. Absolutely ridiculous omission.
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
How is this not a thing after seven years?
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Fairly Basic Editing requirement, Everyone Makes mistakes. Some are costly and need to be undone!!
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Also, if you accidentally delete a table with many merges in a dataflow, there should be a "Restore" option. Could have used that today.
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
I am shocked Microsoft.... this is a paid product
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
This completely basic "idea" - which is nothing but a standard feature - has been created in 2017 - wow...
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Yes, please add an undo delete step feature.
RE: Query Editor has no UNDO :(
Accidentally deleting the last step of applied steps after working on it for 30 minutes is not a great feeling. Since there's no warning, I didn't notice what I was doing. An undo would have totally saved me
