Remove historic connections from Lineage view
In dataflows (both gen1 and gen2), when we change a data source connection from one SQL server to another SQL server, then both the old and the new SQL server is visible in the lineage view.
I think only the new connections should be visible, not the old (historic) connections...

Make it possible to change owner on all Fabric items types.
Both through API and in user interface (UI).
Otherwise, we will get issues when the item owner leaves the organization.
