Line charts and KPIs should have the ability to represent errors (error bars, or +/- error %).
Any data that is not counts or money is associated with an error or uncertainty; when visualized using lines or KPIs this should be shown either as absolute or relative error value or error bar. Conditional coloring (for KPIs) should also take this into account - i.e. don't go red when we failed ...
