Sometimes buttons are greyed out in the service. This is mostly due to limitations or something but you never know what the exact issue is unless you know how to debug it with external tools.

Scheduling datasets with shorter intervals (15mins)
With the option to schedule our datasets only on the "00" or "30" minutes, we lose important time.
It would be better if you were able to select the minutes with 15 minute intervals and get something like "00", "15", "30", and "45"
