One simple mistake - expand & collapse [expand should +, not - vise versa]
On right box, when we try to add some custom filter [visual filter], your button expand is - [minus] and collapse is + [plus]. it's simple but, affect to user experience. Hope can be solve asap. [it just mis-place button]
