Open File Dialog at Startup
Implement a startup dialog similar to Office tools where you can choose to open a new file or select recent PBIX documents to edit.

GUI question to select "Workspaces" and start typing to filter list of workspaces without having to use the mouse to click in the search box to begin typing.
