REST API to export Tenant settings
Can we have a REST API to export all the Tenant settings of Power BI Service -> Admin portal to capture the settings as of the date, so further changes on the setting can be tracked following that and during any issues, the settings can be compared for further troubleshooting.

The new 'Folder' feature introduced in Power BI is good, but no REST API is available yet to create a folder, delete a folder, find a folder id, etc...
