Allow publishing to other tenants
We would like B2B users in our sister company to be able to publish dashboards into our Power BI Service instance. Right now they can view our shared reports (if Pro/Premium) but they cannot create or edit them even if we assign them one of our licenses.
Add user groups to workspace members
