Add support for Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics in a government domain
The Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics do not work in a Government powerbi domain. This is unacceptable as having paid for premium capacity, we are not getting the same level of service that others get when paying for this product. Please resolve.

Gateway Data source notes field
The Datasource Settings screen on the On-Premise data Gateway should have a notes field where administrators could put a couple of lines of text about the data source. Organizations that have multiple administrators could benefit from having some basic info on the data sources.
Programmatically change Gateway Datasource passwords
We need a way to programmatically change an On-Premise Data Gateway datasource account passwords. This functionality is not included in the API for PowerBi.
Disable Data Source functinoality
It would be great if there was a way to disable a Gateway data source from the Data Source Setting screen. Currently you can only remove permissions and delete. Disable would allow us to know for sure that nothing is using the data source before decommissioning it.
