When users try to access to any POWER BI dashboard, which they don't have access to, it would be nice to custom Pop up to ask them to raise request to access it, instead of generic one.

RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
We need this . . . Otherwise we are forced to use a Power Automate flow to redirect users to the company's access website . . .
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
How many more votes do we need to get this done? Yes, we need this last year!
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
Agree. This would be very useful. We are looking at utilising our ITSM tool to manage approval of report access (rather than Power BI) and the option to customise the 'Request Access' message to direct users would be extremely beneficial.
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
We need this yesterday, please.
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
This would make a lot of sense and be very very helpful.
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
Would really be helpful to have this feature as soon as possible please!
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
Yes, please as soon as possible. If there is no button clients will use the appropriate internal process.
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
I am the manager of a workspace with ~15 reports, and I'm trying to customize the Request Access message to state something like - "To request access to this dashboard, please click on this link.", an even better feature would be to disable to ability to Request Access altogether and just show the above message.
If not, is there an ability where I can send an automated customized email to every user who submits a request to access to a dashboard via Power BI Request Access form stating that we are not accepting requests to access directly via PowerBI...?
RE: Custom "Request Access" pop up button
Power BI Datasets have a new Feature for providing instructions to people who Request Access. As our company uses Apps with AD Groups to provide people access, it would be great if we could provide instructions on how to get access to AD Groups that control Apps Access. This way we wouldn't just get an email saying someone has Requested Access, but the AD Group Owner/Approver would get an Actual Request to Approve or Reject.
