Default visible option in slicers in powerBi when ALL has been selected, to the option chosen

Hi, with a slicer settings to show ALL, the visual shows me all of the possible selections.

When I click on a specific selection in the visual that the slicer is linked to, it continues to show ALL, even though I made a specific selection in the visual (ex. clicking on a record on a table).

Would like a way to change what's appearing in the slicer from ALL to the item chosen by the user, when they click on a visual and make a specific selection. Could be a nice option to have and I'm guessing others think the same way about this.
