    Email notification should be sent for Dataflow refresh failure using Rest API with user credentials

    While using Rest API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/dataflows/refresh-dataflow ,Dataflow refresh failure will trigger email notification with service principle only. Please allow user credentials to use this API to get the mail on dataflow refresh failure.
