it is by design if you are using end-of-month dates and have Scalar Axis set to true we will often see misalignment on the values displayed in the chart. Note that the Scalar Axis default setting is true for date time categories. End-of-month dates refers to users using cut off/starting dates of June 30 vs. using June 1 for their data.
