In Power Query, for multiple tables within a group, provide the option (right click) on a folder and un-check (disable) the 'Enable load' and 'Include in report refresh.' This feature would apply the settings to all the tables in the folder.
Use case: As I transform data, I often do a 'reference' table to 'evaluate' data within a table as I clean data. I like to store those tables in an 'evaluation' folder. It would be helpful to apply a setting to the (evaluation) folder to uncheck the 'Enable load' or 'Include in report refresh.'
