My suggestion is a one click publish method. Right now, you click publish and are prompted to save (your choice is save or cancel), then you are prompted to select a workspace (as existing or new) and then you are asked to replace the existing dataset (again cancel or save).
My proposal is that when you click publish, a box pops up where you can check a box to save your report. You can check a box to replace the existing dataset and a pull down menu to allow you to select the workspace.
Being able to make these 3 selections at the same time would save me so much time as there is usually time (minutes) between each of these steps in my current environment.
