Allow the uploading of multiple themes when publishing a report to service or report server. This feeding the option for report consumers to switch theme when viewing a report.
Example 1:
A report theme uses company colors, which may not be accessible-friendly. However one of the built in (or custom) accessibility themes would also be published with the report. The report viewers could choose between the two (or more) themes at their leisure. This would be particularly useful for accessibility reasons as "high contrast", in my experience, is rarely useful for accessibility.
Example 2:
Two departments view the same report. Department A prefers Theme A and department B prefers Theme B. With both uploaded they can choose which one to apply for themselves.
