Status of refresh to show on Workspace page in service

Occasionally, we see refresh does not succeed for more than one report. We can see last refresh datetime of all reports in one glance at workspace page. Yet, it does not indicate whether the refresh was success or not. Can you please add such flag of refresh success as well for all individual reports?

It will help user to see how many reports have issues with refresh.

I have prepare a screenshot to show as an example, but this is not allowed here.
