Mechanism to allow Report Level Measures to be pushed from Power BI report into an SSAS tabular model

I have created hundreds of DAX measures in a Power BI report with an SSAS Analysis Services tabular model as the data source. Now that I have tested the measures are working, I want to put all these measures into the tabular model. However there appears to be no way to do this other than copying and pasting from Power BI report into the Visual Studio tabular model project, one measure at a time.

It would be great if Power BI Desktop could have an option to export the Report Level Measures (the measures that have been defined in the report) in a variety of formats (Excel, csv, JSON). For example, if you export to JSON, it would give you a JSON file which can then be run on the SSAS tabular model to create each of the measures.
