It's currently not possible to enter a constant and configurable point size in the scatter visualization.
Even if I go the long way round, and create a custom column (e.g. PointSize) and set all values = 0.01, then set the 'Size' attribute to say 'average of PointSize', I end up with huge points for each dot in the scatter plot.
