I'm able to install the Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail Channel Performance App but it isn't working. It keeps showing a message "Refreshing Data" then eventually giving an error saying "We couldn't import data from Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail Channel Performance
Make sure you're entering the information correctly."

Please help!
