    Add publishing approval workflow to Power BI's published to a workspace

    We have many users creating Power BI's and publishing them to workspaces. To govern what is published, it would be helpful to have a publishing workflow where a designated user, one with publishing approval permissions, can review what was uploaded before other workspace users can see it.
