Allow datasets with some data sources that don't need a gateway and some that do

Allow Datasets to contain some data sources that don't need a gateway and some that need one. and still be able to refresh.

Example: Dataset with one data source from O365 and one only available via Gateway.
Current behavior: One of the data sources can't be refreshed. So you can't refresh the dataset.
Current Workaround: use a dataflow to connect anything via Gateway and then bring it together in one Dataset.

Still it would be better & easier to have it all in one dataset. Configurable via Power BI Desktop (in my scenario) more efficient.
