Please move new "Format Text" Box, (that floats over report), to the Top Tool Bar under "Format" Menu

The floating box, (that appears any time that you select a text box), is useful in the functions that it provides, but interrupts work flow due to it floating over other objects.

As an example, I create 4 text boxes as labels and try to line them up at the top. When I select the first one, the floating box appears. covering over the other three. I need to move one box, then unselect it, to make the floating box disappear. Additionally, I cannot simply select the second box from this view, as it's hidden behind the floating box.

If we were to have the exact functionality in that box, but move it to the top tool bar, that would be just as useful and also not obstruct the other report objects while building them out.
