Update R runtime from 3.4.4 - Need updated packages to support R visuals in Power BI Service

I recently encountered "Script Runtime Error" on some of the R visuals published in Power BI Service. It appeared fine on Power BI Desktop. R packages used were ggplot2, plyr and scales. These were listed as R packages that are supported in Power BI (from site link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-r-packages-support).

I then realize that the site stated "Current R runtime: Microsoft R 3.4.4", but plyr package is not present in this version? I am using R version 4.0 and hence I suppose the R visuals are showing up on Power BI Desktop but not in Power BI Service? 

Anyhow, R runtime 3.4.4 was released in March 2018, and it is now updated to version 4.3.1 (June 2023). Isn't it time to update the runtime version?
