In warning emails about datasets, include the Workspace name

I get an email with the subject 'Refresh failed: Sales Report has failed to refresh'

Nowhere in the email does it say which of my several workspaces the report is in, and when I click on a link for the dataset, I'm not always taken there.

It would be useful (and hopefully trivial) to include that information in the email.

I would hope that this change can be made independently, but I suggest that all automated emails are reviewed to see if there's more useful information that could be included (such as information on staff and report in the 'Bob Smith has requested access...' emails)
