Direction of travel in goal

I work for an emergency service and we set our targets/goals to be low, rather than high, e.g. we want to see fewer fires than previous year/month/day target.

so we will complete activities which, hopefully, reduce incidents and do not set goals which are there to achieve targets but rather to be lower than them, on most occasions.

and we are government funded so do not focus our goals on creating a profit

ive just tried to create my first goal in the new PowerBI goals section and I'm unable to find a way to set the "direction of travel" on that goal, e.g. low is good and high is bad.

is there a setting in the actual report which i would need to use or is this a feature which needs to be added
